Abstract: 

Anticonvulsant activity of 4 new Azole derivatives of (azolyl chromanones and azolylchromenones) were determined against of PTZ- kindling, and lithium Pilocarpine in kindled rats and mice respectively. The anticonvulsant activities of Compounds were evaluated by measuring of Seizure Latency (SL) in both models and Seizure Index (SI) in PTZ- Kindled rats and Seizure Duration (SD) in lithium Pilocarpine mice. Results have shown that Compound A has anticonvulsant activity in both models.
