Abstract: 

Customer Behaviour is the set of activities that directly associated with gain, consumption and discard of products and services. At the same time, E-Marketing or Internet Marketing is one of the E-Commerce components that including information management, public relation, customer services and sales. In this paper we investigate the customer behaviour model and its variables are described. These variables including independent variables (uncontrollable variables) in two groups of personal and environmental characteristics; Intervention variables that Vendor is in control and is divided into market irritants and E-Commerce systems; and dependent variables that describe the decisions of consumers.
