Abstract: 

This research aims to identify the influential factors and classifying the measurement criterions in order to measure the credit risky of the bank legal clients. So the needed data was gathered by interviewing with sophisticated persons and by questionnaires and then was analyzed. In this research, firstly the important variants in credit risky of clients based upon the model of 5c, including quality and financial variants was studied and 25 variants were chosen among them. Then the influential factors on the credit risky of clients was ranked by using the gathered data from questionnaires finally the credit ranking criterions of the banks clients were ranked by using the given opinions of questioners and phase-out approach. This study is based upon this idea that there are differences and preferences among the various criterions of credit rankings and some of these criterions are more important than other criterions. This study, while supporting the current economical and financial theories proves that the influential factors on the banks, legal clients, risky credit are not equal and some of them are more important.
