Abstract: 

Currentlly, control of pain is mostly accomplished throught Nonsteroidal Anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) and opioids antinociceptive drugs. For many years, morphine has been used as an antinociceptive druge. But because they result in dependence and addiction following long or frequent usage; the present study intends to adminstration alcohol extract of leave juglans regia, whish usage accompany by morphine, Caused increase effect analgesic of morphin and decrese usage morphine. The experiment were carried out on seventy adult male rats,weighting approximately 200-210 gr.The animals were divided into seven groups, consider as control, sham and experimental group,respectively.The experimental groups were divided into five group which the first group that received 2 mg kg -1 of morphin, the other four groups received morphin in a dose of 2 mg kg -1 accompanied by alcohol extract of leave juglans regia in the dose of 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mg kg-1 and the last group received only 1.5 mg kg-1 of the alcohol extract of leave juglans regia.The drugs were intraperitionally injected 15 min before the formalin test .Minute 0- 5 and 15-60 were desiganated, respectively as the acute and chronic phase s of pain. After observing animal’s behaveioural responses and calculating pain scores, groups were compared.
According to the result, alcohol extract of leave walnut in dose 1.5 mg kg-1 caused a significant nociception decrease in acuate phase of formalin test and this effect was dose dependent.Moreover groups that received combination of morphine and alcohol extract of leave juglan regia showed more nociception espesially in acuate phase of formalin test, in comparision to the groups that received each in isolation and control group (P≤0.05).
The leave of juglan regia composition of qurcetin, kaempferol, Hyperin and nicotin whish have effect antinociceptive and injection it accompany by morphine caused a antinociceptive effect of morphine increase in acuate phase.
