Abstract: 

Detailed research of spontaneous electrical activity of rat's ureteral smooth-muscle tissue together with the main perirenal rhythmogenesis, has also revealed the presence of pacemaker activity in the peribladder area. The slow–wave and spike burst activities have been shown in both edging zones of ureter. The data revealing the inhibition influence of propagating electrical waves from pyeloureteral pelvis on electrogenesis of slow wave activity in rat's ureteral perivesicular zone are shown in the present work. The experiments were carried out on rats (300-350 gr) anesthetized with Nembutal (50- 55 mg /kg, ip). The ureter was denervated by the section of splanchnic and pelvic nerves. The slow–wave activity in the perivesicular and perirenal zones was recorded by introducing a ball electrode through the kidney and urinary bladder accordingly into the area of their anastamosises. The studies for perirenal zone rhythmogenesis influence on automatism of ureteral perirenal zone , has been carried out by means of either freezing the middle part of organ , or it is complete section. On both cases deceleration of propagating spike activity from pyeloureteral pelvis area to urinary bladder was observed .some increase of oscillating electrical processes in the zone of junction of ureter with urinary bladder (11.5±1.3 - 14±1.7 oscill/min, n= 9) was visualized.
The present results state the autonomy of genesis of ureteral rhythmic activity of perivesicular zone.
