Data was analyzed using SPSS 20 and descriptive-analytical statistical tests. Results: The symptom management self-efficacy, optimistic life orientation and perceived social support all correlated positively with cancer coping in women with breastcancer. Significant Negative correlation was identified between uncertainty and cancer coping (Significant at the 0. 01 level (. ). Results of stepwise multiple regression analysis demonstrated that 0. 517% of the variance in cancer coping was elucidated by an integration of four predictors: perceived social support, symptom management self-efficacy, optimistic life orientation, and uncertainty. Conclusion: The results of the study clarified that perceived social support, symptom management self-efficacy, uncertainty and optimistic life orientation have relationship with cancer coping among Iranian breast cancer female survivors. Thus, these variables should be taken into account while designing plans to promote cancer coping.
