Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Today the industrial life caused by changes in lifestyle and in particular the people of the world is our country, so that many of these behavioral changes, has negative effects on health. The aim of this research was the effect of eight weeks aerobic exercise on blood pressure and happiness passive female employees Islamic Azad University Nourabad Mamasani.
Method: The research statistical population includes the passive female employees of Nourabad Mamasani’s Islamic Azad University and the number was 50 individuals. From 50 individuals, 22 individuals were chosen as the sample through random sampling in the experimental and control groups. Data collection was conducted by the use of standard questionnaire of Welfare (Axford, 1998), with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.71, Manometer, anthropometric ruler, medical scales and aerobic exercise. Descriptive statistics were used for data description and K–S, paired t test, multivariate variance, Levene test were used for inferential analysis.
Results: Results showed that eight weeks of aerobic exercise on blood pressure, mean blood pressure and happiness of the subjects had a significant influence but no significant effect on diastolic blood pressure.
Conclusion: According to the results of research it is better for health and human resources used more aerobic exercise.
