EFFECTIVE METHODS OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AMONG THE FAMILIES OF I.R.I POLICE STAFF MEMBERS

Abstract: 

Background and objectives: The family, as a natural environment for education, affects the different dimensions of human development and is the basis of personal and social prosperity. Today, it can be argued that the source of many social problems is the ineffectiveness of families, including the families of I.R.I Police. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effective methods of religious education and its preventive effect on physical, psychological and social health among the families of I.R.I Police Staff members, which has been examined from the perspective of Islamic and Western intellectuals.
Methodology: The method used in this study is document analysis; all documents or works related to the subject are purposefully selected according to the research propositions and the research tool for collecting the data is note taking. Therefore, this research has used qualitative and documentary research method.
Findings and results: Along with the findings of the research, the use of religious teachings along the path of religious education must always be continuous, purposeful and dynamic in terms of ontology (the correct recognition of the religious teachings and the concepts of human, world, monotheism, prophecy and resurrection), methodology (the use of ontological concepts), asthmatics (order and revision of the methods of religious education in the context of the reviewing system) and dynamism (movement, evolution and dynamism of religious education methods), and this is the most convenient and effective method of education. Therefore, it seems that the most effective and essential method of training among the families of I.R.I Police staff members is to use religious education based on the two theological and symbolic methods and the six-mentioned methods or dialectics; the combination of multiple methods according to the time and conditions appropriate to each method is effective in family environment. This is because religious education methods, in contrast to other scientific education methods, benefit from a more tangible and centralized feature, i.e., more frequent consensus of opinions and better understanding for the majority, especially among families.
