The development and progress of the modern West is not easy without the implementation of political indicators, but the necessity of its use in a religious democracy and in Messianic system is in the shadow of ambiguity, a subject which researchers are inattentive about. Thus, we face this question that what the political indicators of development and progress are in Islam’s view and in Imam Mahdi’s governance. It seems these indicators in a liberal-democratic system, religious democracy and in Mahdi’s system are basically different in quality and quantity. Our intention is to dhow the necessity of achieving the Mahdi’s system in the light of dissecting political indicators of development and progress. This article follows a descriptive-analytic method to reach this aim. The necessity of establishing a post-liberal democracy to achieve Mahdi’s system is the article’s finding.
