From the early times, colors have played an important role in developing poetic images, and colorful images are the realistic and sensory aspects among poets. Poets have used colorful words to explore and explain the relationship between poetic images and sometimes they have used colorful words to express their own thoughts. In the meantime, modernist poets like Nazik Al-Malaika who made a great change in Arabic contemporary poems by breaking traditional forms of old poems, paid special attention to colors like other Arabic contemporary poets. Colors appear in different forms in the poems of Nazik Al-Malaika. Among them, we can refer to the variety of color, the ruin of color, the coherence between colors and the description of colors.
