The purpose of the present research is to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of working life quality (cooperation in decision making, cooperation in problem solving, data sharing, constructive feedback, group work, and right understanding of defiance and job security) and the organizational commitment of PMO employees. The research is of correlation type and the population includes 400 people (all the PMO managers and employees in Tehran). Based on the Morgan table, a sample of 196 people was defined. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Face and content validity of instruments were defined and the reliability was determined by testing the 30 people sample and calculation of internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach). The alpha value is 0.97 and 0.92 for both the questionnaires respectively. The data was analyzed in two levels of descriptive and inferential using Pearson and regression correlation tests. The results reveal that there is positive and meaningful relation between all the dimensions of work life quality and organizational commitment of PMO employees. Also, the subscales of data sharing and job security have more share than other scales in forecasting the employees’ organizational commitment.
