Abstract:
A Secure family is the base of the physical and mental health of the child. If the status of the child is at risk in the unsafe family, the damages that the child suffers will be irremediable. Child safety is one of the main goals of the national and International community. The Study of national and international legal principles in this field indicates the development of legislation in order to achieve these aims. Providing child security in unsafe families was expressed in the convention on the Rights of the child dated 1989, in the treaty on the Rights of the child and local laws including law on the protection of children and adolescents dated 2002 and Family Protection Act dated 2012, and the bill to protect Abandoned children or children of irresponsible parents. In this paper the main question of the research concerning the role of law in protecting children in unsafe families has been studied through analytical methods and the legal and implementation gaps have been explained.
