This study analyzes the emotional intelligence of women librarians of Islamic Azad university libraries in 13th region. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to do that. After its completion, the obtained data were analyzed by statistical tools of TOPSIS technique. By measuring the emotional intelligence of women librarians, it was also ranked in various aspects. Research findings indicate that among other aspects of emotional intelligence, the parts that are relevant to the desire to serve the people, helping others grow, communicating with and influencing others, empathy and understanding others are stronger than other components in women librarians, While the components of self-esteem, self-control, teamwork, emotional self-awareness are seen less and less in women. The paper presents suggestions for improvement.
