Abstract: 

Motivation as an important instrument in insinuation of people for production is the effective and efficient result and creating positive workplace and implementation of successful predicted programs. Faculty members comprise the basic corpus of every university and definitely in the system have more importance than programs, activities, and equipments and materials. Universities need motivated professors as one of the foundations of education so that they can be effective in educating the students of society. The cognition of effective factors in the creation of the job motivation of the faculty members is of necessities that can contribute to increasing productivity and job satisfaction and successful planning in creating useful and enthusiastic workplace in university.
The purpose of the present research is the analysis of the role of effective factors in creating the motivation of the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Astara. The tool of information collection is questionnaire. The result of the research showed that all of the factors were effective in the motivation of the faculty members and all of the hypotheses were confirmed.
