Abstract: 

Today, development of intellectual capital in organizations is one of the key factors in improving business processes and the key to success of organizations, because one of the main tasks of intellectual capital management is shaping processes to get and create value from knowledge. In line with this this study examines the impact of intellectual capital on employees' quality of work life through empowerment. Nursing Staff of Tameen ejtmaee Hospital of zahedan were the population of the study. (N=132) of them were randomly selected, Answered to three questionnaires empowerment, intellectual capital and quality of working life. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed through Cronbach Krnbakh, also the questionnaire with high content validity were prepared. Data Using Spss software and Liserl were analyzed and the results showed that intellectual capital and its components (human capital, structural capital and customer capital) through empowering, have a significant positive impact on the employees quality of working life. Dissatisfaction with the quality of work life is a problem that regardless of their organizational position, damage both individuals and the organization and preventing from this damage will possible when special attention should be to intellectual capital and in line paying attention to the intellectual capital, we Should not forget empowerment of human resource.
