The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics such as independent T-test, paired T-test, ANOVA, and Spearman correlation coefficient. Entirely, the amount of awareness about self care behaviors, between two groups was significantly different; this is necessary to carry educational programs for patients and their family, also establishment of education periods for nursing and promotion the quality of communication between patients and health givers. Educational supports after dismissing in CAD patients, will decrease the amount of rehospitalization of these patients, and will increase the health and safety, long life and quality of life in these patients.
