Abstract: 

The research purpose was a survey on the relationship between the management of intellectual capitals with the staff performance. Statistical population of this research was the whole staff of Islam Azad University Eastern Branch of Tehran Province who had diploma and higher than it that worked in 1390 who were 830 people. Referring to the sampling size table of Morgan, 265 people of the staff were considered for answering to the questionnaire, who were select by random clustering sampling. The method of descriptive research was correlation kind and in order to collecting needed information we used standard assessment of performance of the staff if Hersi and Belanchard and the questionnaire of assessment of the management of intellectual capital of Bentis. Collected information with the use of software SPSS and with the descriptive statistical methods has been analysized. The research results with the use of linear regression showed that there is a relationship between intellectual capital management with the performance of the staff, also there are meaningful relationships among human capital management, structural capital management and capital management with performance of the staff. The latest findings of the research proved that there is a relationship between human capital management with performance of the staff.
