This research was done to study the effect of English educational software in training-learning process of English course. The research method was quasi-experimental. The pre-test and post –test design as well as control group were used .Statistical population was all 1606 personal of highs cool girl students of Juibar of which 5 classes (100 girl students) of high students were selected randomly. Tools applied in this research were included achievement test, self-concept test and teacher- made test. Teacher- made test validity was confirmed by experts several times .According to test-retest method, the reliability of test was about 0.89. At the beginning of the experiment, pre-test method was used for both groups. Experimental group were trained by educational software’s while control group were trained according to traditional method. At the end of the experiment, the post –test was applied in order to evaluate the motivation, self-concept and educational develop. T-test of independent groups was applied to evaluate the research hypothesis. The data analysis results showed that the average scores of experimental group were higher than control group. Also, the results showed that the application of educational software were effective in educational development of English course, increase the motivation and self- concept of students and lead to innovation in training.
