Abstract: 

Organizational structure and burnout are two important issues that today in the field of organizational behavior management theories have a special place. These two topics have many common points together that seem to have influence on each other. Given the importance of these two major issues, in this study we have attempted to present a clarify definition of research problem and related literature to organizational structure and burnout and examine relationship between these concepts among employees in Tehran's Shahid Beheshti University. With regard to purpose and nature of the subject and the hypotheses, this research is a descriptive/ correlational study. Statistics population in this research is 600 personnel of Shahid Beheshti University. Using Morgan's table 235 employees were randomly selected as a sample. The research data collection tools are two questionnaires: organizational structure Questionnaire with alpha coefficient %78, and Maslach burnout Questionnaire with alpha coefficient% 86. The research results showed that between all factors of the organizational structure and burnout there are positively and significantly Correlation.
