The purpose of current research is the study of the role of emotional and spiritual intelligence as the predictors of life quality in female teachers. In order to do so, 280 female teachers were selected in cluster sampling method. To gathering the data, Bar-ones (1997) emotionalintelligence uestionnaire, Napery's (1386) intellectual intelligence questionnaire, and Who's (1998) questionnaire of life quality were used. Correlation analysis showed that most of the subscales of emotional intelligence had positive significant relationship with subscales of life quality. Results of multiple regression analysis also showed that some of the subscales of intellectual and emotional intelligence could predict quality of life significantly.
