This research has been done with the aim of effectiveness psychodrama group counseling on Organizational feedback and job adjustment among isfahan’s educational employees. Research method is quati-exprimental of pre-test and post-test. Statistical social consist all the isfahan’s educational employees. The sample consisted of 60 employees. The randomly 30 employees select to experimental group and 30 employees select to control group. Measurement tools included Alder’s questionnaire (2000) and Purkabirian’s Job adjustment questionnaire (1386s.c.). Data were analyzed with spss13 and result showed that psychodrama group counseling has the effect on Organizational feedback and job adjustment (p<0.01), (p<0.05).
