Abstract: 

In this paper, a three-way microstrip power divider with various ratios is proposed. In this type of power divider compared to Wilkinson power divider, not only there is no need to any internal resistors but also they can be easily fabricated using micros trip substrate. Using the proposed power divider, it is possible to implement different power ratios, for example, 1:1:1, 4:3:2, 2:1:1 and two-way 1:1 power ratios. Also, the N-way power divider can be fabricated by combination of proposed power ratios. Using genetic algorithm, the bandwidth of this power divider is increased. Practical results obtained from the optimized divider, fabricated in X band, highly are in accordance with simulations. Also, simulation results are compared with results of two-way Wilkinson power divider.
