This Experimental study dealt with pre-test- post-test control group design. The study population included all second year high school students of Ahvaz. Then, students of the experimental group attended ten 90-minutes training sessions of emotional intelligence techniques. One week after the intervention, the two groups were post-tested using CPI, AGQ, and petrides and Furnham's Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. Data were analyzed through using MANOVA method (multivariate analysis of covariance). Results of the study indicated that training the emotional intelligence skills will lead to reduce aggression and increase individual-social adaptability of female students, compared with the contorol group.
