Abstract:
This research article is following the implementation and institutionalizing of organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship means implementing entrepreneurial process inside the organization using characteristics like emotion of perseverance, risk propensity, creation and innovation. The main question of research is whether factors and required main coverage for implementing organizational entrepreneurship in this company exists. This main question has been the origin for seven hypothesizes for this research. The main tool of research is questionnaire and data analysis method was descriptive and inferential statistics. Reliability of questionnaire was confirmed and %96 chronbach’s Alpha was computed. Data analysis shows that the support amount of executives for creative and innovative people, and training courses for employees were of suitable situation for implementing organizational entrepreneurship but organization structure, executive leadership style, possessing strategic approach, amount of concern for team works between employees and favoring IT and communications for implementation of organizational entrepreneurship were not in suitable situation. At the end of the article, some suggestions for advancing above mentioned factors for implementing organizational entrepreneurship were offered.
