Abstract: 
Nowadays, using modern scientific methods for progressing organizational goals is of great importance. One of the important factors involved in raising the level of scientific achievement thus advancing education is recruiting tenure with the degree of doctorate and required expertise for teaching and research in universities. One of the new ways of tenures is using modern marketing methods. However, most applied researches were in scope of products marketing, but in the context of service marketing, it could help us to offer a marketing mode because the term customer has different concepts in marketing. In this research, because of closely familiarities of employed academic board members to university performance, and this point that unemployed teachers can easily state their views regarding cooperation and not cooperation with the university, we made hypothesis tests by using these teachers views including employed and unemployed ones. l Research methodology is survey and by using regression we studied effective factors influencing recruiting of full and temporary lecturers. Results show that from among five main effective factors, sale promotion has most effect and has more correlation than others regarding Recruiting of lecturers and university should be able to use this factor for employment. Therefore, a model is introduced which can facilitate the lecturers Employment, if it is used appropriately and properly.
