Management is one of the most important principles of social and individual life, since exact and efficient management pave the way for capable individuals to flourish, and provide material and spiritual resources. Parallel to this, and due to it, thorough growth and development take place. In religious teaching, this main principle has been emphasized and taken into consideration. Both in Quran and Islamic holy figures' sayings (Revaya), proper management models have been elaborated in order to be followed by those who are supposed to lead Islamic society. The purpose of the present research is to study the prophet Mohammad's (p.b.u.h) management methods in dealing with followers of other religions. The prophet (p.b.u.h) who is the last guide of mankind to prosperity, and the last Allah's Messager.
