THE STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AMONG THE STAFF WORKING IN UNIVERSITY OF LORESTAN

Abstract: 

The main goal of this research is the study of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship among emplogees of Lorestan University. The population consisted of all employees of Lorestan University in the Academic Year of 88-89, that is, 300 employees among which 175 were selected as research sample through applying simple random sampling. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the organizational culture questionnaire was 0.81 while this coefficient was 0.79 for entrepreneurial organization. The results of the study showed that There are significant relationship among three components of organizational culture (i.e., integration and cohesion, management support, and reward system) and entrepreneurial organization. But the results regarding the sense of identity and organizational componet of institutional entrepreneurship showed there is no significant relationship between these two variables. Finally, there was high positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational culture in university and institutional entreprenearship.
