THE EFFECT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY INSTRUCTION (ICT) ON THE STAFF’S EFFICENCY IN CHARITY AND ENDOWMENT ORGANIZATION

Abstract: 

Iin order to investigate the effect of information and communication instruction (ICT) on the staff’s efficiency in charity institution and endowment organization in year 1388, a descriptive method was chosen. The population included 130 employees of Charity and Endowment Organization. The research tool was a validiated questionnaire. After factor analysis using SPSS Software, statistical analsis (descriptive and inferential) for all three subsidiary assumptions under investigation were applied. Variables were gender (men and women), education level (Diploma, associate Diploma, B.A, and M.A) and work experience (low experience B.A. and M.A. holders), the results showed that: first assumption that is, communication and information technology instruction has more effect on the effiency of men tha women; regarding the second assumption, communication and information technology instruction has the same effect on experienced and low experienced staff; considering the third assuonption, communication and information technology instruction has the same effect on all staff with different academic degrees. However, when the effect of communication and information technology instruction was studied individually, it appeared that it had more effect on specialists with Diploma than those with Associate Diploma or higher degrees.
