Abstract: 

The main purpose of organization in unpredictable and changeable atmosphere of business is superiority in competition. To face new changes, any organization needs to think beyond compatibility and benefit from the potential opportunities. One of the paradigms of increasing (flexibility), speed and quality, is organization briskness. In this new paradigm, the organization is able to succeed in ongoing and unpredictable environment. This research has investigated a model to make organization briskness as an instrument for facing changes by focusing on dimension of human resources. After studying the definitions, dimensions, and models of organization briskness, the suggested briskness model is presented by considering five dimensions: fundamental values, organizational structure, axial operational process, information technology and staff (human resources). The role of human resources in model is depicted by studying brisk staff. the findings of this article can be used realize the important important factors in achieving organization briskness by focusing on human resources.
