Abstract: 
No doubt human resources have been the main part of development and expansion in human communities in recent years. Reaching the excellence top and sustainable development is only possible through human resources promotion. Therefore considering human resources irreplaceable role in achieving this end, in present article the organization sustainable development is considered from human resources perspective. This article carries out an analytical and a scientific research over human resources factors and also investigates the framework and the key components required to optimize them. The method used in this article is based on an analytical study which in addition to explanation of human resources role in organization, reviewed the human resources optimization concept and provide practical solution to achieve organization sustainable development using human resources concept. Therefore the results of this analytical study identifies the solutions by which the mechanism of sustainable development can be established in organization and in the light of which the productivity increase in organization is expected. Focus on training in service, professional development, institutionalization of innovation and changes, application of information technology and focus on deployment of performance management systems as five principal factors in achievement of aforesaid objectives will be reviewed in this article.
