Abstract:
The main characteristic of system dynamics is to clarify the concerned system endogenous structure, to explain the relations between the system constituents and to test the changes of system internal relations when different decisions are taken. In principle the system dynamics is a set of tools and technique to develop a contractual mathematical model out of a complex social system. System dynamics is totally different from traditional simulation model such as events discontinuity simulation in which the main question is point to point correspondence modeling of the model behavior and the real behavior as a real prediction. As the flight simulator is used to help the pilots, the system dynamics is somehow a model to develop management flight simulators. Police in general encounters often different dynamic complexities. Different decisions makers, dynamics, infinite interrelated variables and etc contribute to problems that can be called dynamic complexity. It is intended to introduce system dynamics methodology as an out look to such problems.
