Abstract: 
The goal of this research is to investigate the relation between organizational culture and the performance of the personnel in Islamic Azad University, North Branch of Tehran. The statistical population consists of all the personnel working in Islamic Azad University, North branch of Tehran, and form among them 200 were selected as the research sample. The organizational culture questionnaires (Quinn, 1985, 326-327) and Achieve Model (Hersey & Blanchard) of personnel performance questionnaires form the research instruments. According to the result of Pearson's correlation coefficient test, the findings of the research indicate that there is a positive and meaningful relation between the organizational culture and the personnel’s performance. Also, there is a positive and meaningful relation between contributional, hierarchical, and logical cultures and the personnel’s performance.
