Results: A patient with left orbitalapex inflammatory pseudotumor presented 5 years after diagnosis of CD. He presented with orbital pain, decreased vision, and severe limitation of extra ocular movements of the left eye. Computerized tomographicscan, magneticresonance imaging, laboratory studies, and histology confirmed the diagnosis.

Conclusion: This is the first clinicopathologic report of an orbitalapex pseudotumor in CD. The patient presented clinically as a sclero sing-type of orbital pseudotumor.
