Malignant hyperthermia is a pharmacokinetic syndrome. It appears with critical hypermetabolic state when the patients exposed to stimulant factors specially depolarizing muscular relaxants and volatile anesthetics. Clinical signs include: abnormal increase of end tidal CO2, muscular rigidity, acidosis, tachycardia, tachypnea, increase of body temperature and rhabdomyolysis.
