Abstract:
After collecting the Dorema ammoniacum seeds, they need to pass a period in coldness, until they grow up. So the periods of 0, 20, 25, 30 and 35 days were selected to determine the best coldness periods. Also some seeds were selected as control treatment with out passing this period. Temperatures for experimental treatments was 3-4oc and control treatment was put in room temperature of (13-16oc). Experimental treatment seeds were planted in vase and after two months, vegetating buds were counted. By analyzing the results, the best coldness period was determined as 30 days. Dorema ammoniacum seeds were collected from their natural inhabitant to determine the best sowing depth. Three treatments were considered to be cultivated in the depth of 0.5 -1 and 1.5 centimeters. Seeds were planted in 30 plastic vases. Buds were counted after growing up and the results were analyzed. The result shows that there is no significant difference between these three treatments of depth and those three cultivation depths are suitable for seed germination (vegetation).
