Abstract: 

Since 1980's, inclination to entrepreneurship in order to decrease unemployment has risen, because along with the improvement of entrepreneurship, some new economic opportunities and businesses have appeared.
There are so many unemployed people in our society, but half of the society is in a more critical situation. Women have a scanty share in job market of Iran. Therefore, the development of women entrepreneurship as a way of combat against unemployment is a real necessity.
This essay is a part of a field work under the title of "Modeling of the development of women entrepreneurship in Iran". The conclusions of this research were drawn from 139 women entrepreneurs by the use of questionnaire and interview. The current essay surveys the most important individual reasons among Iranian women entrepreneurs in a startup process in entrepreneurship. And finally a model in this respect has been offered. The results of the statistics and data analysis demonstrated that the motivations, goals and the driving force for the women to enter an enterprise are financial needs, job satisfaction, achievement of authority and reputation in the society. Among these factors, job satisfaction is the most effective one in the startup process. Individual features of women entrepreneurs also include need of independence and achievement, creativity and adaptability. Among which, the most significant one is need of achievement in entrepreneurial development of Iranian women.
