The present research goal is to examine the political views of the constitutional and Islamic revolutions elites in order to understand deeper the discourses relating to these revolutions and their view points. Therefore, the main hypothesis of the article, by doing a comparative study, in dicates that the political views of both revolutions elites have some common grounds such as opposing to monarcly and advocating freedom and rule of law, while, in other cases like ideolgization of the religion, to establish a religious government and emphasizing on backwardness are different.

The world war I was been the main ground of the Untied States change from “neutrality” statue into “active participation” in the world. However, the main point in regard to the American situation has been the fact that due to her absence from the European war scene she remained relatively safe and became and economic and military supporter of the Europe. The American political leaders at that time, because of their country’s overall distinctive role, played a supportive role towards peace and freedom in the world. The president of the United States, Woodrow Wilson in terms of the realization of so called American pattern known to breathe in the open air, issued a fourteen articles declaration aimed to follow future peace through international system which honoues freedom and rights of nation-states. The article investigates the idea of Wilsonianism and whether or not this had suitable results in the United States foreign policy.

The article, by using analytical-descriptive and historical method, deals with the problems relating to NATO presence in Afghanistan in terms of Iran's concern. The United States, after 11, September, 2001 event, by leading a Western Coalition forces occupied Afghanistan which subsequently was replaced by UN forces in Afghanistan. While the collapse of Taliban regime in Afghanistan brought about many benefits in favor of Islamic Republic of Iran's national interests and security, however, it led to new threats towards Iran's interests from NATO and the United States side. The article concludes that the presence of NATO in Afghanistan as Iran's neighboring country has led to a non-aggressive security approach towards the west from Iran's side.

Judaic theology contains specifications which distinguishes it from other kinds of theologies. Here in this article we attempt to study some of the Judaic theology specifications including the meaning of being Israeli and to show its political of being Israeli and to show its political sign in the most important representative of the Judaic fundamentalist movement in contemporary Israel which led to promotion of sacred violence under the ideological theology. Therefore, we peruse the theological genealogy of the Judish political movements in the contemporary period.

Drones and remote control arms have gained their place among inodern warfares. Today, a large spectrum of Drones systmen in different size, form and specifications are produced which are used in military activities and the experts of military strategies issues and foreign policy retgard them as a necessary tool in wars. Thus, during the late decade, Drones have been used as an important tool in war against terrorism allover the world. However, in terms of tis aimed killing, Drones have made mistakes and been criticized for it. The article investigates the development that brought about by Drones in the modern wars field and persues its legal and moral consequences.

Pluralism, by its attractive and repulsive force, since the ancient time has always been opposed to totalitarian unitariansm claiming the exclusive understanding the truth. Pluralism represents a discourse which holds different ideas and horizens in order to pass over metahistoric dogmas and denies any possibility of monopoly understanding despite its hegemonic authority. Pluralism in the field of social sciences considers positivistic unifier approach as misleading and maintains a higher status for “interpretation” confaronting changing phenomenon. Furthermore, it has changed basically along with rational developments. This article deals with different pluralist attitudes in western thought and follows its justification by contemporary thinkers.

NATO cooperation with central Asia and Causasia region countries began since they gained their independence in the beginning of 1990 decade after the collapse of the soviet onions. However, these relations, due to some reasons, did not expand too much until 11 september 2001 event. The events of 11 sep. caused a vast changes in NATO relations and countries of central Asia and Causasia region, both in its depth and level. As an example, at the present time, the majority of these countries have extensive cooperations with NATO in the framework of “participation program for peace” and participate in NATO military activities allover the world. The aim of this article, regarding to above conditions, is evaluation of last developments in terms of NATO presence in central Asia and Causasia region and the security of Islamic Republic of Iran.

This research, based on the effective factors and elements in shaping the popular movements attempts to percept their nature, especially, after the recent revolutions in the middle East region. In this regard, on the basis of theories of revolution, studying the recent developments in the Middle East region and exampination of the political changes in Lybia and Yeman concludes the knowledge about the nature of developments in these two North African countries which are part of the Middle East region. It is because that to achieve the knowledge on the infra-structural factors creating popular protests in these two countries and to know the nature of these movements are considered an impontant issue for forcasting the future developments in the region.

Defence strategy of any country is one of the most important necessities for maintaining national security which has an effective role in security which has an effective role in securing national inferests of that country. A comprehensive defensive strategy contains two dimensions: operating defence and passive defence. Operating defence and passive defence. Operating defence's application is in military field and the passive defence application not only is in military, but in the social, economical, political and cultural fields as well. The passive defence is divided in two parts of hard and soft which each part has its particular bases. The article's goal is, by using descriptive research method, first, to define the passive defence, indicates its variety and foundations, and second, determines the capability of the soft passive defence facing with a soft war in the framework of a defensive strategy.

Intuitionism represents understanding of statements and perception of prepositions which their true or false. Do not need to produce reason or reasoning because the intuitive knowledge referes to human natural ability to achieve immediate knowledge. However, application of intuitive idea as one of the sources of knowledge in the political and ruling sphere is considerel a continuation of democratic traditions so that it has loeen better than copetetive theories when applied to solve the conflicts. In this regard, the article tries to make a comparative study about intaitionism from the view point of Islamic and Western philosophers and its effect on politics.
