Abstract

The constitution is the result of the will of the supreme power in the name of the founder, which is at the head of the hierarchy of laws. Hence, the review of the constitution is often different and more complex than ordinary law. A Fundamental Review is the change in a number of fundamental values and underlying principles in the constitution. In the present article, in answer to this question, which are the basics of the Fundamental Review of the constitution, especially with emphasis on the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the authors have studied and analyzed the subject using the descriptive-analytical research method and, from his point of view, the exception It is possible to criticize the issues of constitutional review.
