Abstract: 
We are living in an era which clearly and regarding its properties and respect is called the age of communication and information. The age in which mass media influences on every issues and produces a new mechanism for human beings.An element which has always been discussed in the field of mass media is moral and its principles, that without them the media lacks validity.Among the media, T.V has been gotten a special position, because it is directly related to citizen’s rights and everybody knows its programs performance.This research applies the two-stage Delphi method. The population of this research is 56 sport journalists who work in sport press as well as interviewing 15 experts of media and sport. The population variables’ assessment showed that:- There is a meaningful relationship between impartiality principles and content of 90 program.- There is a meaningful relationship between objectivity principles and 90 programs.- There is no meaningful relationship between yellow journalism and content of 90 program.- There is a meaningful relationship between freedom of expression principles and 90’s content.- There is no bias in 90’s program.- There is meaningful relationship between free flow of information principles and 90’s content.The last one is theoretical framework of research and conclusions for collecting, expanding and more effectively institutionalizing of moral principles of media to deliver 90 Program and finally address the problems and limitations during collecting the thesis which the researcher has faced.
