Descriptive style of research in addition to content analysis have been used in the survey using questionnaire containing 9 closed and one open questions. Findings show that the pre-defined objectives for the internship courses are highly approved by the research community but, satisfaction with the way of the courses offered is low. The findings also revealed that the 12 units of the aforementioned courses have been left upto the libraries accepting interns and to the mercy of the librarians training them. Suggestions to improvement of the situation are the final part of the research.
