Abstract: 
This research was designed to determine the relationship and relative share of four domains of emotional intelligence variables (emotional awareness, emotional facilitation, emotional understanding and emotional control) as predictors of organizational transformation approach among the principals of Isfahan province. A sample of 63 was selected through a multistage cluster sampling and simple random sampling method from all Isfahan principals in year 2005. The research instruments were Mayer and Salovey Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1990) and a researcher-made questionnaire which its reliability was computed. 82 according to the Alpha of Cronbach. The major findings of the research were:
1. Correlation coefficient showed a positive and significant relation between emotional intelligence and its four domains and organizational transformation approach.
2. Among the four domains of emotional intelligence, emotional facilitation variable .428 and emotional understanding .384 were recognized as anticipators of organizational transformation approach among the principals of Isfahan province
3. Fisher's test (z) showed a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and organizational transformation approach among the principals degree (bachelor and master), experience (up to 10 years) and age (30 to 40 years).
