Abstract: 

Smart cognition of future together with the rapid changes in a society is the basic factors forming planning process. Previous studies have shown two critical stances about traditional strategic planning process: a) approaches that emphasis on the rejection of the current environmental identification process and environmental analysis process, and b) the methods that are based on the efficiency improvement. To the best or the authors’ knowledge, the application of functional analysis in the context of scenario planning promises a new framework for the strategic planning process. Methodologically speaking, this study is a developing research; hence, it aims to improve the procedure methods of strategic planning. As a result, a framework for environmental analysis and presentation of the strategies is suggested, which contains two notable aspects of eliminating optimism and linear relations and Shortcuts of SWOT to determine strategies, and the identification of the factors and considering the scenarios accuracy, robustness testing strategies and key factors as well as the dynamics of the system. The present farmworker is a more accurate, dynamic and flexible future- oriented model than the traditional once in a sense that the factors are classified based on the severity of their impact on the system rather than their being internal or external. Being goal-oriented is the other aspects of the superiority of the present method.

Abstract: 

This research mainly aims to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational strategic change of the National Iranian Drilling Company to enhance competitive advantage. Thus, it is expected to upgrade the entrepreneurial capability. Sample size is 210 of the company's personals. Based on research objective, it is applied one, and descriptive research in terms of data gathering, and a casual research in terms of the relationship between the research variables. To gathering data, the questionnaire used. By using SPSS. 22 and LISREL.8.5 version, the statistical analysis addressed. The result showed that strategic change (content of strategy, changes in the relationships of organization with the external environment and organizational structure) has a significant positive effect on the competitive advantage (entrepreneur's capability' technical capability, organizational capability, strategic capability), and the strategic change and competitive advantage is not in a favorable situation.

Abstract: 

In the modern dynamic world of business, human's role and his perspectives can have significant impacts on gaining constant competitive benefits of an organization and their success. Therefore, organizations should try to not only care about and protect their human capitals, but also encourage them to do innovative activities. Empowerment and work engagement can help organizations to exploit the mental capital and increase the innovative behaviors of the employees. Furthermore it can help enhance their motivation to have long- term continuant relations with the organization. So, the purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of work engagement in the relation between psychological empowerment, innovative behavior, and the turnover intention in the employees. The statistical population of this study is a group of experts working in the pharmacy institutes in Khorasan-e- Razavi. A standard questionnaire was used to gather the data and the structural validity was tested through factor analysis. The data of the study was analyzed through structural equation modelling using the SPSS and SMART PLS soft wares. The results of the study shows that there is a positive significant correlation between psychological empowerment of the employees and their work engagement; and this psychological empowerment through work engagement has positive effect on the appearance and enhancement of the innovative behaviors and decreasing the turnover intention in the employees.

Abstract: 

The present research aims to investigate the impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment by focusing on the intermediacy role of organizational trust. The present research in terms of method is a descriptive research and considering the aim, is operational. Statistical population for this research is the employees of state offices in south part of West Azarbaijan province which by using a random sampling and Cochran's formula we chose 322 people as the capacity of the sample. Data collection tools standardized questionnaires organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational trust, Due to the possibility of returned questionnaires, 350 questionnaires were distributed. The population of people responded to the questionnaire. After answering samples were collected questionnaires. We analyzed the information by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SPSS and LISREL software. The results of this research showed that organizational justice, other than having a direct effect can affect the organizational commitment indirectly by the organizational trust.

Abstract: 

Effort in the development of research and innovation in public organizations and research centers in the country and thus turning an idea into a product or service has led to strategic decisions based on the facts and solve administrative and executive problems and ultimately will provide all-round development of the country; in the fifth development programs of Islamic Republic of Iran's is emphasized to streamline research and development system for converting ideas into products or services and using the results of research activities by organizations; however, many obstacles facing research activities and practical achievements in most executive devices there. The aim of this study were considered to identify and classify these barriers; in order to achieve this goal, in addition to library studies, where the challenges facing research activities and the use of achievements were identified through internal and external review of the literature; field studies as well as took through brainstorming sessions and questionnaires distributed among officials and experts in executive agencies in Gilan Province. Analysis and description results of library and field studies was that the 101 barrier identified in 7 main category obstacles of personality- individual, scientific and technical, managerial, organizational, inter- organizational, extra organizational and inter-agency arising from the quality of research and its results has classified.

Abstract: 

Improving the productivity and enhancing the organizations' effectiveness has always been one of the main objectives of the organizations and strategic planning is the main tool in achieving this goal. Therefore, the effect of strategic plans in energy consumption management in this paper is investigated through with Balanced Score Card (financial perspective, customer perspective, learning and growth, and internal processes) approach. In order to meet this aim, population of experts in the field of energy management were investigated which their total number was 320, and 145 were selected as the sample size using Cochran formula. Data was collected via a questionnaire and its reliability was determined through Cronbach's alpha which obtained coefficients were acceptable and reliability of the questionnaire has been confirmed. Inferential statistics were used to analyze the data and to examine the research hypotheses; SPSS software was of help to meet this aim. The results showed that the dimensions of the strategic plan with Balanced Score Card approach affect energy consumption management by different extents. At the end of the study, the current researcher offers some suggestions to improve the strategic plan in energy consumption management in Iran with regard to four factors of Balanced Score Card model.

Abstract: 

Present study addresses the pathology of employees' performance management system of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences to increase employees' productivity and in turn contribute to productivity of that organization. Present research was an applied one with respect to its purpose and a survey- descriptive field study with respect to its methodology. In present research, descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Accordingly, the staff of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences were considered as the statistical population of the study which comprised of 859 employees. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size was determined to be 266 and the same number of questionnaire copies was distributed and finally 246 ones were collected. The findings of the study suggested that pathology of employees' performance system may be explained based on the three dimensional model included: structural factors (inappropriate performance evaluation system, lack of a link between compensation system and performance management, lack of use of IT in performance management system and shortage of resources required to implement and operate the performance management system), behavioral factors (lack of management commitment to performance management, low level of employees' knowledge on the performance management system, lack of performance review and revision, lack of organizational culture) and environmental factors (lack of attention to client opinions in the performance management system, lack of comprehensive rules and regulations related to the performance management system).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of strategic values of e-commerce on adopting e-commerce in Qazvin SMEs, food industry. This research, regarding the purpose is applied and regarding the information and data collection method is descriptive- survey, that the need information gathered through library studies by note taking and the need data gathered through fieldwork studies by questionnaire.The statistical populations were the managers of small and medium- size companies of food industry, that by using the Morgan table, 194 samples studied through simple random sampling method proportionate to the intra-cluster size. For data analysis, about demographic used the descriptive statistic and about hypothesizes test used the inferential statistic. The results showed, the enterprise support variable with the 0.79 factor has the most effect on strategic values of e-commerce and the perceived usefulness variable with the 0.70 factor has the most effect on e-commerce adoption. In addition, strategic values of e-commerce variable with the 0.87 factor have positive and meaningful effects on its adoption.
